On stand G68, visitors will be able to see Cygnus SmartNet-Pro and SmartNet-100, the world-first, EN 54 certified and 100% wireless fire detection and alarm systems. Additionally, the team will be available to discuss the latest SmartNet enhancement tools Cygnus ALERT, the remote notification and monitoring platform, as well as the Cygnus Mesh Analyser software.

The SmartNet Fire Detection and Alarm System
The SmartNet systems are built on a patented self-forming, self-healing wireless mesh network with multipath network redundancy utilising channel hopping technology, delivering a reliable and robust solution. Additionally, both systems are BS 5839-1 compliant and up to twenty times faster to install than wired systems. SmartNet-Pro offers a scalable option with the capability for 511 devices and up to 96 zones to operate on one SmartNet panel. With networking of up to 5 panels available via a software release code, SmartNet-Pro provides a combined solution of over 2,500 devices, whilst SmartNet-100 offers a cost-effective solution designed to support a maximum of 100 devices.
Visitors will also see the Cygnus Mesh Analyser and Cygnus ALERT as tools to aid the commissioning and on-going maintenance of the fire detection and alarm system. The Cygnus Mesh Analyser software provides an overview of a SmartNet fire detection and alarm system network, delivering a graphical display of mesh signal strengths and connection paths for each device in the system. The Cygnus ALERT notification and monitoring platform is a cloud-based solution to strengthen site safety. Using Cygnus ALERT, integrators and site administrators can receive event, fault or mesh information in real-time, enabling swift responses to on-site situations.
