Himanshu Gopal is the Technical Support Manager at Cygnus Systems, where he also leads the Cygnus Training Academy. With extensive experience in the Fire Safety and Wireless Technology industries, Himanshu is dedicated to delivering expert-level training in SmartNet systems. His role is pivotal in ensuring installers gain the knowledge and skills necessary to become certified in the installation of the advanced, 100% wireless, and EN 54 certified fire detection and alarm system.
Himanshu and his technical team are committed to delivering high-quality, hands-on training that equips installers to become certified in installing the 100% wireless and EN 54 certified fire detection and alarm system. The Academy is dedicated to creating a dynamic and engaging environment where participants gain real-world experience, in the training room. A maximum of eight attendees per session ensures personalised attention and fosters a collaborative learning experience.
